LiveClaims intakeCase Management
What it does
The front door for claim documents from every channel — mail, fax, email, and the QR portal. Each document in a claim batch is read, given a unique claim number, checked for duplicates and identity mismatches against the class-member list, and nothing is filed without your approval. Requests to be excluded (opt-outs) are recognized too — they're logged in their own bucket and never given a claim number.
How much it does on its own
Pick a level. The steps below move between what it does alone and what it asks you first. Use the lock on a step to keep it asking, whatever the level.
The agent reads every document in the batch, mints its claim number and proposes its bucket — accepted, duplicate, exception or opt-out; a person approves each document's routing as its own packet, then the register ledger.
