What it does

Law firms ask for attorney-portal logins from the portal sign-in page. Review each request here, then approve or deny it. An approval creates the sign-in account, updates Dynamics, and sends the firm their welcome email — only after you confirm. Approved sign-ins can later have their password reset or the account deleted, with the same confirmation.

How much it does on its own

Pick a level. The steps below move between what it does alone and what it asks you first. Use the lock on a step to keep it asking, whatever the level.

Autonomy levelWhat it may do without asking you
The agent reads each request live from Dynamics and prepares the person's approve-or-deny decision; one confirmation per request creates the account, updates Dynamics and sends the welcome email together, and each later account action — reset, disable, enable, delete — is its own confirmation.
